The Agricultural Training Institute–Regional Training Center X successfully conducted the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Culmination Activity for 9 student interns from the City College of El Salvador (CCE) on June 15, 2026, at ATI-RTC X in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental.
The culmination activity formally recognized the successful completion of the internship program of students taking Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. It also served as a venue for the interns to present the knowledge, skills and experiences they gained during their stay at ATI-RTC X through a comprehensive presentation of their accomplishment, challenges, realization, and recommendations. Among key lessons learned are the importance of professionalism, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability in the workplace. The interns also enhanced their skills in documentation, and administrative skills.
Center Director, Ms. Maria Lydia A. Echavez, commended the student interns for their dedication and commitment throughout their training. She emphasized the importance of applying the competencies and values learned during the internship as they prepare for their future careers.
Moreover, Dr. Lyllan Gay D. Magdale, School President of the City College of El Salvador, expressed her appreciation to ATI-RTC X for providing the students with a meaningful learning experience. She highlighted the significance of industry exposure in developing competent, skilled, and work-ready graduates.
The activity also featured the confirmation of completers, followed by the distribution of certificates to confirm the completion of the students’ on-the-job training requirements.
The culmination activity underscored the strong partnership between ATI-RTC X and the City College of El Salvador in fostering experiential learning opportunities that prepare students for the demands of the professional world.
