The ATI-RTC X is manned by 47 dedicated staff servicing the 5 Provinces and 2 Independent Cities of Northern Mindanao. The office is divided into six sections/Units, to wit: Office of the Training Center Superintendent, the Information Services Section, the Career Development and Management Services Section, the Partnership and Accreditation Services Section, the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, and the Administrative and Finance Unit.
