𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
- A Filipino citizen, not more than 30 years of age,
- A son or daughter or ward of a farmer/ fisherfolk, whose parents/guardians are registered or have applied for registration in the RSBSA, with an annual gross income of not more than Php 120,000;
- A graduate of Senior High School with a GPA/GWA of at least 85% who is willing to pursue a college degree in agriculture, fisheries or any agri-related course;
- A passer of the entrance/qualifying examination or equivalent assessment prescribed by the school;
- Not a delinquent scholar of a previous scholarship;
- With no pending case
