AgriHain: Palitaw

Ingredients
3 cups of sticky rice flour (malagkit)
1 and 1/2 cup of water
1 small grated coconut
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of sesame seeds, toasted and powdered

Procedure
1. Combine rice flour and water. Blend thoroughly. With floured hands, shape the dough into egg-size ovals. Flatten with thumb.
2. Drop palitaw oval in 2 cups boiling water. Scoop out with a skimmer as soon as they float.
3. Roll in grated coconut.
4. Serve at once with sugar mixed with toasted sesame seeds. Good for six persons.
