The Agricultural Training Institute- Regional Training Center XII management committee and focal persons convened for the Commission on Audit (COA) Exit Conference for Fiscal Year 2024 at ATI-RTC XII, San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato held on March 28, 2025.

OIC Center Director, Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D. in his opening message discussed how this year, we are committed to upholding our trainings and activities to serve our clients in Region XII and BARMM.

Afterwards, Ms. Jey Ann N. Magana, Administrative Officer IV and Budget Officer acknowledged the COA team and presented the staff present during the conference.

Mr. David Gallo, State Auditor IV of COA-12 presented the audit findings based on the financial performance of ATI-RTC XII for FY 2024. He also tackled on the minimal Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM) of the center.

The objective of exit conference is to ensure fair & balance reporting. Management is given a chance to present its side on the issue raised in the report, and facilitate acceptance & implementation of Audit recommendation.

OIC Assistant Center Director, Hannadi G. Pompong on her closing message emphasized the inputs of the COA and their recommendations to the ATI-RTC XII management that would contribute continuous improvement on the process and procedures based on the COA auditing rules and regulations. She also thanked the audit team for their close collaboration with ATI-RTC XII.
