The innovative mobile extension service "Wheelie" partnered with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) 12 to deploy a joint Agri-Serbisyo on Wheels and medical mission in Barangay Numo, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat, on April 20, 2026. This collaborative field operation was designed to bring critical agricultural resources and basic healthcare services directly to rural farming communities, maximizing public service accessibility in underserved areas.

During the event, the Wheelie mobile unit distributed a wide array of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, focusing specifically on coconut production and farm management. These localized print and digital resources aim to equip coconut farmers with updated technical knowledge to optimize their harvesting techniques and improve overall crop yields.

Spearheaded by PCA 12 in close coordination with the Agricultural Training Institute XII, the mission underscores a unified institutional commitment to rural development. By blending agricultural extension with a humanitarian medical mission, the partner agencies addressed both the economic and personal well-being of the farmers.
