The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) has extended its outreach to the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) with the introduction of two new Learning Sites for Agriculture (LSAs). This expansion highlights ATI's dedication to supporting agricultural education and rural development in the region.

In Rajah Buayan, Maguindanao del Sur, the Sumilalao Farm has been established as a corn-based LSA, offering a platform for farmers to learn advanced techniques in corn cultivation and crop management. This site serves as an educational hub for local farmers, enhancing their skills and promoting sustainable practices in corn farming.

Meanwhile, in Marogong, Lanao del Sur, the Haro Farm Agriculture Cooperative was unveiled as a coconut-based LSA. The site focuses on improving coconut farming efficiency while engaging the local community in sustainable agricultural practices. The initiative seeks to empower coconut farmers by providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary for improving yields and fostering community-driven agriculture.

These LSAs demonstrate ATI-RTC XII's ongoing commitment to advancing agricultural productivity in BARMM. Through these efforts, ATI aims to empower local farmers, promoting innovation, growth, and resilience in the region’s agricultural sector.
