The Agricultural Training Institute Regional Training Center XII (ATI RTC XII) successfully conducted the Magsasaka Siyentista (MS) validation in the municipalities of Datu Paglas, Pagalungan, and Datu Montawal, Maguindanao del Sur.

Led by Ms. Hannadi Guiamad-Pompong, Chief of the Information Services Section, and accompanied by Ms. Marnil B. del Monte, Media Production Specialist II, and Ms. Jemari Cen D. Dacaya, Technical Staff, the validation assessed potential MS candidates Mr. Samsudin T. Adam, Mr. Makabalang S. Mustapha, and Mr. Bebot A. Makalay.

Once validated, these Magsasaka Siyentista will serve as model farmers for their respective LGU FITS Centers, collaborating with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR) to provide extension services. Their role will be crucial in improving agricultural productivity, sustainability, and resilience, fostering more self-sufficient farming communities in the region.
