JABONGA, Agusan del Norte- The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 recently conducted a survey to the selected farmers and Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) in Jabonga, Agusan del Norte on March 11, 2022.

Planning Officer II Nena N. Lomuntad together with Project Evaluation Officer I Teovelita P. Rodriguez interviewed FY 2019 trainees of ATI. This is to measure the outcome of the trainings and interventions given to them.

Specifically, said survey aimed at determining the results of various training and extension services as interventions delivered by ATI-RTC 13 along with its policies, programs, and projects.

The Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of the ATI-RTC 13 spearheads the said activity. This is in coordination with the Municipal Agriculture Office of Jabonga, Agusan del Norte.

Consolidated data will serve as basis for the Institute in coming up with better and evidence-based decisions towards continuous organizational improvement and reforms.

Generally, there will be 359 respondents to be selected randomly from the five (5) provinces of the region this year.
