Monitoring PMEU
Planning Officer II Nena Lomuntad interviews farmer who are trained by ATI-RTC 13 in the year 2019 from Santiago, Agusan del Norte on March 10, 2022.

BUTUAN CITY- The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 is set to conduct a study on the Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME) in Region 13 from the month of February to August, 2022.

It aims to determine the results of various training and extension services as interventions delivered by ATI-RTC 13 along with its policies, programs, and projects.
There will be 359 respondents to be selected randomly from the five (5) provinces of the region. Farmers and Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) that were trained by ATI in 2019 will serve as the respondents.

Data will be gathered by the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PMEU) of ATI-RTC 13 headed by Planning Officer II Nena Lomuntad. Series of interview and survey will be conducted by the said Unit with Project Evaluation Officer I Teovelita Rodriguez and Technical Staff Carrelle Linugao. The group will be visiting the provinces of Agusan del Sur, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Surigao del Norte, and Province of Dinagat Islands this year.

The expected overall outputs of the said activity will be the filled-out questionnaires and packaged RBME results.
The information to be gathered from the Agriculture and Fisheries Extension (AFE) RBME system will serve as basis for the ATI management in coming up with better and evidence-based decisions towards continuous organizational improvement and reforms.
