BUTUAN CITY- “My dream is to establish a wider reach of brand name in social media specifically using Facebook marketplace. In here, I can have my target customers who are women or ladies since I am selling women’s wear. I want to have my own income even at my old age so that I can be wherever I want to be and do whatever I want to do and not rely to my children anymore.” Professed Jane Climaco, a motivated farmer-participant of the Digital Farmers Program (DFP) 102 training in Cagwait, Surigao del Sur. She had presented her dream board along with the other two participants during the workshop.

Moreover, farmers and youths have dreamed beyond limits during the DFP 102 training conducted in March. Three batches of the said training were held at Tandag City, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur and Esperanza, Agusan del Sur on March 8-9, 10-11 and 14-15, 2022, respectively.

In general, there were more than sixty (60) participants made and shared their dream boards right after the lecture of Lesson 4 which covers the topic on e-Commerce Platforms. This was delivered by Ginalyn V. Arbutante, Information Officer II of the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13.

Said series of training were conducted by the ATI-RTC 13 through its Information Services Section (ISS). This is in coordination with the Local Government Units of Tandag, Cagwait Surigao del Sur and Esperanza, Agusan del Sur. In partnership with Smart Communications, Inc.
