LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – To systematize and harmonize programs, projects, and activities for Fiscal Year 2023, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 13 (ATI-Caraga) conducted the FY 2023 Operational Planning Workshop on January 4, 2023 at the Golden Tara Hall of the Center.

Specifically, the Center aims hope to determine the dates of implementation; craft purchase requests for the first semester activities; and finalized Project Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs) and Annual Procurement Plans (APP) of sections, units, and program implementers.

According to Nena L. Lomuntad, Planning Officer II of ATI-Caraga, an operational plan outlines an organization's activities and targets, which must be carried out towards attaining the objectives. It allows management to review, evaluate, and analyze its past performance to make decisions for the future.
