SAN MIGUEL, Surigao del Sur – The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center 13 (ATI-RTC 13) bestows ICT equipment to Joeirene Campomanes, a Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) cooperator of Las Casas de Campomanes in San Miguel, Surigao del Sur on August 17, 2023. The turnover ceremony marked ATI’s commitment to providing extension support to deserving LSAs for their active partnership with the institution in providing extension services to its community.

Representing ATI-RTC 13 was Fil Victor A. Babanto, Chief of the Information Services Section (ISS), who handed over the ICT equipment to Campomanes on behalf of OIC Center Director Jessie V. Beldia. The handover event was graced by the presence of witnesses namely Ivy Mae Francisco and Ms. Christine Baldovino, representing the Municipal Agriculture Office of San Miguel; Jason Paul Dads Jampac, MPS II of ATI-RTC 13; and Ms. Sophia Jadassah Moleta, ISS Staff of ATI-RTC 13.

Among the equipment that was turned over included a laptop, printer, projector, projector screen, and trolley-type speaker. The infusion of ICT equipment in the LSA farm highlights ATI’s commitment to amplifying the effectiveness of LSAs in providing training and other agricultural extension services to the farming community.
