This is a file photo of the PAFES Consultation Workshop held in Surigao del Sur. The key agencies in the rolling out of PAFES in non-pilot provinces in Caraga region are DA-RFO 13 and ATI-RTC 13. Important matters need to be discussed by the two agencies on April 18.

LOS ANGELES, Butuan City - The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 and the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 13 (DA-RFO 13) will meet on April 18, 2022 at the VCDU Convention Center this city to discuss upcoming activities of the Province-led Agriculture and Fisheries Extension System (PAFES) in the region.

Both agencies are key members of the Regional Technical Working Group of PAFES. Important matters to be discussed will be the planning workshops per province, MOA signing, hosting of the League of Municipal Agricultural Officer, Municipal and City Agriculturist of the Philippines (LeMMCAP) Regional Convention in July plus and other issues and concerns on the implementation of PAFES.
