LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – The four (4) non-pilot provinces of the Province-led Agriculture and Fisheries Extension Services (PAFES) in Caraga region will hold a Planning-Workshop this coming April 2022.

On April 19, 2022, the province of Agusan del Sur will hold the activity in Patin-ay, Prosperidad and on April 26 in Surigao City, Surigao del Norte. The Province of Dinagat Islands (PDI) and Surigao del Sur are yet to determine the schedule of their workshop.

This planning workshop will specifically deal with establishing PAFES by way of determining details on how it will be operationalized, defining the roles and responsibilities of implementing partners, estimating budgetary requirements, and defining the institutional arrangements of partner agencies.
