BUTUAN CITY — The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) successfully conducted an assessment of its innovative Technology-integrated Radio, e-Learning, and Social Media Education (TReSE+) program on Vegetable Production on September 24, 2025, at the Caraga State University-College of Agriculture and Agri-Industries (CSU-CAA) Conference Room.

The meeting brought together coordinators, the program anchor, and partners to evaluate the pilot program's implementation as it prepares for its mass graduation ceremony at the end of October.

Mr. Jason Paul Dads E. Jampac, Chief of ATI's Information Services Section, extended gratitude to the partner institutions for their support in the implementation of the TreSE+ activities: Caraga State University-College of Agriculture and Agri-Industries (CSU-CAA), led by Dr. Elizabeth Parac; Los Angeles National High School (LANHS), led by School Principal Ms. Ruth Castromayor; and the City Agricultural and Veterinarian Department (CAVD)-Butuan City for providing personnel to serve as the program anchor and resource person.

Ms. Mary Grace B. Salve, SOA Coordinator, reported that the TReSE+ program, which integrates radio, e-learning, and social media platforms, is currently on episode 12 and is set to conclude its regular airing on October 5, 2025.

The program is currently being pilot-tested with 377 students from CSU and 150 students from LANHS, aiming to encourage youth engagement in vegetable production. Ms. Salve reminded coordinators to ensure all enrollees complete their e-learning courses, quizzes, and other requirements.

The assessment identified listenership preference, logistic support, and program duration as areas for improvement, particularly noting the need for more time to complete the hands-on component—the establishment of a vegetable garden.

To finalize the program, the coordinators agreed on the following dates: Garden Judging: October 22, 2025; and Mass Graduation on October 30, 2025, at the Sanchez Gym, CSU.
