PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS – The Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII led by Fil Victor A. Babanto, OIC-Center Director conducted its monitoring of certified Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) and awarded certificates to farms during on March 18, 2022.

The technical working group (TWG) monitored and assessed the damages brought about by typhoon Odette to two LSAs namely Rebamonte Integrated Farm and Kalikasang Buhay Farm located at Barangay Arellano in the municipality of Libjo.

On the other hand, the team also awarded LSA certificates in the municipality of Tubajon to Cocoy Farm situated at Barangay Diaz represented by its owner, Marina Bacubas, and Mariann’s Farm at Barangay Navarro owned by Jerry Cabajes. Present during the awarding was Municipal Agriculturist Juvelyn Lumpay.

Dexter Benlot also received the certificate of JhingDex Farmville, as owner of the farm located at Barangay Cayetano, Dinagat. Lliza Lipao from Dinagat Municipal Agriculture Office also attended during the activity.
