BUTUAN CITY- Led by OIC-Center Director Jessie V. Beldia, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII staff visited the Butuan City Integrated Diversified Organic Farm located at Brgy. Pigdaulan on January 19, 2024.

The farm is an accredited Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) of ATI and is operated by the City Agriculture Office (CAO). It showcases various crop production, has an IDOFS office, vermicomposting facility, vegetable nursery, an Azolla production and fishpond, and a greenhouse.

Aside from being an LSA, the farm also has registered programs with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Vic Anthony Suarez, staff from CAO, facilitated the orientation and served as guide during the activity. Prosperidad Abonite, Agriboost Agribloom Development Officer, was also present.

This benchmarking activity culminates the three-day FY 2024 Operational Planning Workshop led by the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit (PMEU).
