LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – Gearing for a harmonized implementation of activities for the year 2024, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII conducted its operational planning workshop on January 17-19, 2024 at Golden Tara Hall.

The activity includes the presentation of the approved Work and Financial Plan for FY-2024, scheduling of the programs, projects, and activities for FY 2024 operation, finalization of the PPMP and APP, and discussion of issues and concerns.

The highlights of last year’s accomplishments and agreements were also reviewed. Updates were also given by staff who attended recently conducted activities in the Central Office concerning the Administrative and Finance Unit.

It was spearheaded by the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit (PMEU).
