BUTUAN CITY – The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII formally recognized Zekai Agricultural Farm as a Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) I on August 13, 2025.

Owned by Mr. Charlito F. Bagasbas and Mrs. Gina Bagasbas, the farm is located in Barangay San Andres, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur. To seal the partnership, Mr. Bagasbas and ATI-RTC XIII, through OIC Center Director Noemi Beth G. Macario signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Learning Sites for Agriculture are accredited private farms that serve as model farms which feature good practices in crop and livestock production, farm diversification, and resource management for farmers, students, and communities. They aim to promote sustainable and climate-smart farming technologies, inspire agripreneurship, and strengthen linkages among ATI, local government units, and farmer organizations.
