Staff of ATI-RTC 13 bustle up early for the Zumba dance on March 1, 2022 to mark the start of the National Women's Month Celebration.

Said celebration was kicked-off by a zumba dance participated by all ATI-Caraga staff on March 1, 2022. OIC Center Director Fil Victor A. Babanto gave his message during the opening program emphasizing the role and importance of women in the country.

Moreover, the Institute also supports the program by wearing anything purple on all the Tuesdays of March to signify support for women’s empowerment and gender equality.

This year’s celebration of the NWM focuses on the sub-theme “Agenda ng Kababaihan, Tungo sa Kaunlaran”. This is to inform and engage women as pioneers and beneficiaries of government programs and services as well as promote citizen-centric governance and make “change” a conscious effort to know, understand, and provide what all citizens need. Inspire and empower women and girls to be agents of change in promoting gender equality and empowerment of all women.

This will be a sincere celebration of women exercising their rights, making their voices heard at the same time benefitting from and trailblazing changes. A power of Filipino women to stand and take concrete actions.
