SAN AGUSTIN, Surigao del Sur - The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center XIII conducted a three-day Year-End Assessment, Performance Review, and Management Review from December 9-12, 2024. The primary goal of the assessment was to evaluate the performance of the Center's implementations this year.

Teovelita Rodriguez presented the 2024 targets and accomplishments. Following this, Francis Iriarte, AO IV, and Aurea Janine Abucay, Budget Officer, presented the financial performance. During the open forum, issues in the AFU, including the motor pool, dorms, training halls, DCC, and supply office, were discussed.

The 2nd Management Review began on December 10, 2024. OIC-CD Noemi Beth Macario presented changes in internal and external issues relevant to the QMS. The Center’s communication plan, DA Secretary Tiu's directives, and ATI directorate directives were also discussed.

The minutes of the previous Management Review were presented, followed by Teovelita Rodriguez's presentation of the Center's performance review with trends and analysis. The overall training evaluation, resource person evaluation, and customer satisfaction survey results were also reported.

Matt Andrew Baquiano, IQA Team Leader, presented the PAS Quality Objectives (QOs) and their accomplishments. Revisions on the QOs will be made by the sections and unit per OIC-CD Macario's suggestions.

Ligaya Antiola reported the suppliers' evaluation results, and Francis Iriarte presented the adequacy of resources.

The 2025 training and other activities were scheduled for the fourth day. The fellowship night, attended by all staff, was held in the evening.
