MADRID, Surigao del Sur – Being one of the Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) in Caraga Region, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII awarded extension support to KimZiMar Farm under the Rice Enhancement Competitiveness Fund (RCEF).

Violeta T. Laguna, OIC - Asst. Center Director of ATI-RTC XIII, led the awarding ceremony last on February 22, 2022 to its farm owner Ms. Lutgarda Uriat. The following support were given: laptop, LCD projector, 3in1 printer, sound system, tables, and chairs.

The LSA is a farm certified by ATI practicing applicable agricultural technologies, employing doable farming strategies and operating successfully.

Currently, KimZiMar farm’s application to be recognized as farm school with TESDA is on process.
