Planning Evaluation Officer I Teovelita Rodriquez interviews farmer in Santiago, Agusan del Norte who are trained by ATI-RTC 13 last Fiscal Year 2019.

SANTIAGO, Agusan del Norte- Another batch of randomly selected respondents composed of farmers and Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) in Santiago, Agusan del Norte who were trained last Fiscal Year 2019 were interviewed by the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 on March 10, 2022.

Said survey was spearheaded by the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit headed by Planning Officer II Nena Lomuntad. This is in coordination with the Municipal Agriculture Office of Santiago, Agusan del Norte which will be used for the Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME) study of the ATI.

Planning Evaluation Officer I Teovelita Rodriquez and Technical Staff Carrelle Linugao was among the interviewer. The group interviewed some the AEWs and asked on the impact of the training they have attended whether they learned, how it helped them, and how they share their knowledge to the farmers as the citizen-customers. Farmers were also interviewed on the learnings they gained as well as the level of application of knowledge and technologies to their own farm and to others.

The data gathered will serve as basis for the ATI management in coming up with better and evidence-based decisions towards continuous organizational improvement and reforms.
