BUTUAN CITY- The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 monitored the progress of the Urban Community Garden at Brgy. Saguma, Bayugan City on March 18, 2022.

This Urban Community Garden is funded under the Regular Program of the Department of Agriculture-ATI in support to the Urban Agriculture Program (UAP) as stipulated in Republic Act (RA)) 11469.

This project is in coordination with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.

The Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PMEU) staff headed by Planning Officer II Nena L. Lomuntad visited the said garden.

The group also visited another farm which is a certified Learning Site for Agriculture of ATI-RTC 13. The Happy Bee Farm owned by Jason Dave P. Manug in Brgy. Hawilian, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur. The PMEU team monitored the improvement and other farming activities of the said farm on March 17, 2022.
