LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 13 conducted Planning Workshop for FY 2023 Work and Financial Plan (WFP) on October 12-13, 2022 at the ATI-RTC 13 office.

The purpose of the activity was to formulate a final WFP of the programs, projects, and activities for FY 2023 to be submitted to the Central Office within the week. Along with the WFP was the finalization of the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) which is a guiding document in the procurement and contract implementation process, as well as a vital reference in procurement monitoring. The PPMP will be the basis for the formulation of the

Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for next year. The APP reflects the necessary information on the entire procurement activities for goods and services and infrastructure to be procured that it plans to undertake within the calendar year.

OIC Center Director Fil Victor Babanto during his opening message informed the ATI-Caraga staff of some of the agreements, concerns, and updates during the directors’ meeting with OIC Director IV Remelyn Recoter at the Central Office. He announced that ATI-Caraga received a second-place award for its overall fund utilization and another citation for its zero reversion.
