BAROBO, Surigao del Sur – The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII Technical Working Group conducted its evaluation of EDFHER Farm for the renewal of its Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) certificate on October 17, 2022.

Located at Purok 4, Brgy. Dughan, the 3.1 hectares land is devoted to organic farming for five years since 2017. It has crops such as coffee, cacao, coconut, and fruits like santol (Bangkok), apple mango, jackfruit, sunkist, mangosteen, durian, and rambutan.

It also has livestock animals. These are swine (sow, boar, and for fattening), piglets, goats, and chickens. They also have a feedmill machine, incubator, shredder, and generator.

The ATI-RTC XIII TWG was led by Matt Andrew Baquiano, OIC-Chief of the Partnership Accreditation and Services Section (PASS) with Florita Lozada, Agriculturist II, and Mar Jane Gonzaga, DMO I.
