Some FITS staff also shared their best practices, strategies, and problems met during the implementation phase.

“This activity realized me that unity, hard work, cooperation, and communication are factors in creating a great team. Team Building creates an atmosphere for informal communication where members and leaders can build closer relationships. It also develops team qualities such as mutual support between other members. For me, ATI did the best, in fact, friendship and communication with all ISS from the different municipalities in Caraga were developed. This is one of the best activities and experiences I’ve joined so far in my AEW journey. I realize and appreciate that we are not just working to earn money, but we enjoy what we are doing in a competent and productive as well. It encourages and teaches us to work not for compliance but with passion and dedication to be more productive and effective not only in the workplace but individually. I would like to extend my thanks to ATI-Caraga staff for this remarkable activity.” expressed Realben B. Caliso, Agricultural Technologist of Taganaan, Surigao del Norte, during his impression.
