NASIPIT, Agusan del Norte – The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 13 (ATI-RTC 13) conducted the Operational Planning-Workshop for Fiscal Year 2022 at Amameo Beach Resort on January 5-7, 2022. Thirty key personnel of the office were in attendance.

The three-day workshop included the consolidation of training and other extension-related activities of every point person, section, and unit of the office. The date of implementation, venue, participants, cost and fund source were identified to come up with a more comprehensive calendar of activities and realistic target setting. Conflict of schedules was avoided and more important events were prioritized.

OIC Center Director Fil Victor Babanto addressed some issues and concerns and drew out agreements and resolutions from the body. He also shared some updates and relevant information for the cognizance and immediate action of concerned staff.

The last day of the workshop included team-building activities which fostered unity and camaraderie among the ATI staff.
