PHILIPPINE-ISRAEL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOR THE YOUTH
Basic Qualification:
- Graduates of BS Agriculture and other related courses (see Annex 6) between 21-33 years of age, single, has no live-in partner nor pregnant or with a child at the time of application and departure;
- Preferably a son or daughter of a farmer, fisher, or a cooperator of the ATI-\certified LSA, or Farm School;
- Has existing agricultural land, regardless of size and status of ownership;
- Has good community standing and /or good moral character certified by the Barangay Chairman;
- Has no overdue obligation from the DA or ATI at the time of application;
- Must not be related by consanguinity or affinity within 2nd degree to any ATI employee (ei, parent, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, spouse, parent- in-law, daughter/son-in-law);
- Not a recipient of ATI's other IIPs, and has no previous overseas travel related to the IIPs;
- Al laboratory results and medical certificates must include a "Fit to Work" clearance and must be obtained through medical examinations conducted at diagnostic clinics, hospitals, or laboratories accredited by the Department of Health (DOH). These are:
- General doctor examination
- General blood tests
- HIV test
- Hepatitis B test
- Pregnancy test
- Neuro-psychological tests and certification of no history of any mental illness certified by a licensed Psychologist from a government hospital.
Documentary Requirements
- Application Form (Form 1);
- Certification from the Municipal Agricultural Officer (MAO) as a bonafide son or daughter of a farmer, fisher, or a cooperator of the ATI-certified LSA, or Farm School;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the Barangay (Form 2);
- Certificate of No Overdue Obligations and not a recipient of ATI's other IIPs, and has no previous overseas travel related to the IIPs (Form 3);
- Letter of Recommendation from the Center Director of ATI-RTC (Form 4);
- Certified True Copy of Transcript of Record (TOR) or Certification from the last school attended;
- Certified True Copy of College Diploma;
- Original National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) or Police Clearance with 1- year validity;
- Authenticated copy of PSA Birth Certificate or Certificate of live birth from the Local Civil Registrar Office;
- Notarized Affidavit of no relation with ATI employee within the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity; and
- Original Philippine Passport valid for at least (3) years at the time of application.
Additional Requirements:
- Certified true copy of Training Certificates on agriculture and non-agriculture courses; and
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) or ID.
