The Agricultural Training Institute- Central Luzon (ATI-CL) conducted a two-day Internal Quality Audit (IQA) for the first semester of 2025, held at the ATI-Central Luzon Office in San Ramon, Dinalupihan, Bataan on January 21-22, 2025.
The activity was led by Mr. Jayson B. Nidua, IQA Lead Auditor, along with the IQA team, who were tasked in evaluating the different sections and units within the Center.
The IQA team audited the Office of the Center Director; Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Unit; General Services Section; Administrative and Finance Unit; Human Resource; Supply and Property Management; Document Control Center; Information Services Section; Partnership and Accreditation Section and Career Development and Management Section.
The internal audit aims to ensure a comprehensive assessment of operational standards and quality management practices across these key areas, nurturing continuous improvement and alignment with institutional goals.
