The Agricultural Training Institute- Central Luzon (ATI-CL) joined the celebration of the Institute's 38th Anniversary with a series of key events held in the Center on February 5, 2025.
The program commenced with a Thanksgiving Mass led by Rev. Msgr. Hernando B. Guanzon, Parish Priest of Parokya ni San Ramon Nonato, from Dinalupihan, Bataan followed by the blessing of the new facilities and service vehicle.
Dir. Remelyn R. Recoter, MNSA, CESO III, ATI National Director; and Dr. Joey A. Belarmino, Center Director led the inauguration, unveiling, and blessing of the ATI-CL Meat Processing Hub located at ATI-CL San Ramon, Dinalupihan, Bataan. In addition, Mr. Jayson B. Nidua, Livestock Program Focal Person, gave a briefer about the purpose and activities that can be done in the said hub.
Following the briefer, a visit to ATI-Central Luzon BUSLO (Bountiful Urban Agriculture Set-Up for Learning & Opportunity-making) was done showcasing different agricultural technologies. Engr. Rannel S. Cruz, Technical Support Staff, presented BUSLO as a key Learning Site for Agriculture of ATI-CL, highlighting the diverse agricultural crops showcased at the site.
During the second session, the commitment signing for FY 2025 was held witnessed by Dir. Recoter. Messages of commitment were also shared by section and unit heads, including Ms. Elsa F. Victoria, Chief, CDMS; Ms. Eula Dee A. Laรฑada, OIC-Chief, ISS; Ms. Guia D. Reyes, OIC-Chief, PAS; Mr. Carlo Roberto, Unit Head, AFU and Mr. Marciano C. Santos, Unit Head, PMEU.
Dir. Recoter commended ATI-CL for being the nationโs Top Performing Center and provided updates on the criteria that contributed to the achievement.
The event concluded with a meet-and-greet session among ATI-CL staff and the national director, followed by a closing remarks from Ms. Reinalyn C. Gulen, OIC Assistant Director of ATI-CL.
The 38th anniversary celebration continued on February 6, 2025, honoring the centerโs accomplishments and recognizing its public and private sector partners, including PLGUs, MLGUs, SUCs, NGOs, NGAs, Private Partners/ stakeholders, LSAs and Scholarships Grantees.
