The Agricultural Training Institute- Central Luzon (ATI-CL) has welcomed 24 students as part of its Work Immersion and Internship Program from different State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and National High School held at the ATI-CL, San Ramon, Dinalupihan, Bataan, on February 11, 2025.

Five (5) students from CLSU 

A total of 25 students deployed in the center, including four (5) interns from Central Luzon State University (CLSU) taking Bachelor of Science in Agriculture; six (6) interns from President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) pursuing Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Technology; three (3) students from Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) studying Psychology; and eleven (11 ) Senior High School students from Balsik National High School.

As part of staying in the center, ATI-CL conducted e-Learning Orientation and briefing on Urban Agriculture, featuring the ATI-CL Learning Site for Agriculture BUSLO (Bountiful Urban Agriculture Set-Up for Learning & Opportunity-making).

This initiative aimed to provide valuable insights and practical knowledge to students during their internship and offering additional input and output that contribute to their learning. It also highlights the role of ATI-CL in promoting agricultural activities and extension services, while advocating for greater youth participation in the agricultural sector.

Furthermore, the activity emphasized the potential of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in disseminating agricultural technologies and nurturing innovative approaches in the industry.

Throughout their stay at ATI-CL, the Work Immersion students and Interns are expected to adopt different agricultural practices and gain firsthand experience, which will further enrich their academic journey and professional growth in the field of agriculture.
