The Agricultural Training Institute- Central Luzon (ATI-CL) implemented the 1st Quarter Techno Gabay Program (TGP) Meeting among the regional technical working group (RTWG) of the program composed of TGP Coordinators from the Offices of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) across all provinces; Extension Directors from partner State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), and CLAARRDEC on March 6, 2025, in Balin Sambali, Iba, Zambales.

Mr. Crisostomo Rabaca, Provincial Agriculturist of Zambales, delivered the welcome remarks citing commendation to the group for sustaining the implementation of TGP in the region. Additionally, Dr. Marlon James Dedicatoria, Vice President for Research and Development of President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU), gave an inspirational message and offered the support of PRMSU in the TGP's endeavors in the province as well as in the region. Meanwhile, Ms. Rachelle Liberato from CLSU-CLAARRDEC signified and offered the services of CLAARRDEC for the sustainability of the program.

Ms. Eula Dee A. Lañada, Regional TGP Coordinator, presided the meeting and discussed the targets of TGP for FY 2025 as well as the plans for the Magsasaka Siyentista evaluation and re-certification. It was also mentioned that the MOA for institutionalization of TGP in PLGUs, SUCs, and CLAARRDEC will be updated. Further, Mr. Kent Edward S. Ballesteros, Media Production Specialist II, led a brief discussion for the upcoming Digital Agriculture Congress in the region soliciting comments and suggestions from the group.

Moreover, Dr. Celeste Orge, the Extension Director of PRMSU, delivered the closing message, emphasizing the expectation of a productive and impactful implementation of the TGP in Central Luzon for the current year.

The OPA-Zambales and PRMSU hosted the said activity. The 2nd quarter TGP Meeting will be held in June this year with Pampanga as host.
