The Agricultural Training Institute-Central Luzon (ATI-CL) implemented the fourth batch of information caravan on Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan on March 14 2023, at Baler, Aurora.
The caravan aimed to present the salient features of the CFIDP and its components and guidelines to the coconut farmers in the region.
Hon. Rhett Ronan T. Angara, Mayor of Baler, welcomed the farmer-leaders from the municipality.
Present in the said caravan are representatives from the Agricultural Training Institute-Central Office, Ms. Yovina-Claire Pauig; Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), Ms. Warren Velasco; Municipal Agriculture Office - Baler - Ms. Susanna Rutaquio; Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Ms. Gizel Dukha; Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) - Mr. Jerome Lopez ; DA-Regional Field Office 3; Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) - Ms. Gloria Amansec; Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech); Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) - Mr. Flor Amado Cabatan; and Office of the Provincial Agriculturist - Aurora - Engr. Kelvin Kyle Gines.
Another batch of CFIDP information caravan will be implemented on March 16, 2023 in San Luis, Aurora.
