The Agricultural Training Institute – Central Luzon joins the 17th National Organic Agriculture Congress (NOAC) held at the University of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan, Cotabato, on March 21-24, 2023.
This year, NOAC banners the theme: 'Maunlad na Pagsasaka, Garantisado sa Organikong Agrikulturang Sinaliksik.'
The three-day program aims to disseminate research findings and innovations on OA to elevate awareness among OA practitioners and enthusiasts, including policymakers. Furthermore, the NOAC is a systematic avenue to promote, propagate, and further develop the practices of OA in the country, paving the way for its adoption and commercialization to achieve a globally competitive and sustainable OA industry.
Moreover, the congress showcases different practices, technology, and products from various stakeholders all over the country. This serves as an avenue to present the latest organic agriculture (OA) technologies, showcase local OA produce, conduct field tours to OA technology demonstration sites, and share relevant best practices and innovations with OA stakeholders and practitioners.
