The Agricultural Training Institute- Central Luzon (ATI-CL) presented the 2025 Work and Financial Plan (WFP) of the Center to the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III) during the their Management Committee Meeting on February 24, 2025.
Dr. Joey A. Belarmino, Center Director of ATI-CL, presented the different training, and other agriculture and fisheries related activities for 2025 encompassing all the banner programs and special programs of ATI-CL.
Dr. Belarmino emphasized the good partnership, collaboration, and coordination between ATI-CL and DA-RFO III for the past years in implementing excellent extension service among the stakeholders in the region.
Dr. Arthur D. Dayrit, Regional Technical Director for Operations, suggested to include indigenous peoples (IP) in the different programs of ATI-CL and partnering with ATI-CL for the DA-RFO III’s Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran ng Kababayang Katutubo (DA 4K) program.
Ms. Elma S. Mananes, Chief of Field Operations Division, invited the idea of interventions for the rebel returnees in the region.
Meanwhile, Dr. Milagros R. Mananggit, Chief of Integrated Laboratories Division, requested the integration of campaign on rabies awareness in the different activities of ATI-CL.
Moreover, ATI-CL and DA-RFO III continue working together to strengthen agricultural programs, with plans to support indigenous communities, help rebel returnees, and raise awareness about rabies.
