The Agricultural Training Institute- Central Luzon (ATI-CL) and Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III) inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the establishment the Central Luzon Agriculture and Fisheries Resource, Research and Extension for Development Network (CLAFRREDN) on February 24, 2025.
Through this partnership, Dr. Joey A. Belarmino, Center Director, ATI-CL will serve as the vice chair together with DA-RFO III Research Division Chief.
Moreover, the CLAFRREDN will act as a regional hub for agriculture and fisheries development. It plans and coordinates regional efforts; builds capacity through training and expertise; implements projects and supports local governments; and monitors progress and ensures accountability.
