Administrative Support Staff II - Accounting Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
  • Prepare communications and other correspondence.
  • Write and edit documents for reports.
  • Maintain and update Government book of accounts.
  • Preparation of Journal Entry Voucher.
  • Preparation of Journals (CDJ, CRJ, GJ)
  • Preparation of Ledgers (GL and SL)
  • Preparation Trial Balance (Pre-closing and Post-closing)
  • Preparation of monthly reports (Cash Advance, Bank Reconciliation, and etc).
  • Preparation of Detailed and Condensed Income Statement.
  • Preparation of Detailed and Condensed Balance Sheet.
  • Preparation of Government Equity.
  • Preparation of Cash Flow Statement.
  • Preparation of Tax Compliance.
  • Issuance of Tax Certificates.
  • Preparation of Tax Remittance Advice.
  • Processing of Vouchers.
