- Create and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
- Prepare communications and other correspondence.
- Write and edit documents for reports.
- Maintain and update Government book of accounts.
- Preparation of Journal Entry Voucher.
- Preparation of Journals (CDJ, CRJ, GJ)
- Preparation of Ledgers (GL and SL)
- Preparation Trial Balance (Pre-closing and Post-closing)
- Preparation of monthly reports (Cash Advance, Bank Reconciliation, and etc).
- Preparation of Detailed and Condensed Income Statement.
- Preparation of Detailed and Condensed Balance Sheet.
- Preparation of Government Equity.
- Preparation of Cash Flow Statement.
- Preparation of Tax Compliance.
- Issuance of Tax Certificates.
- Preparation of Tax Remittance Advice.
- Processing of Vouchers.
