The Agricultural Training Institute-Central Luzon (ATI-CL) organized an extensive five-day training course entitled "Training Course on Project Development and Management for PAFES Implementers" held at the ATI-CL Training Center on February 19–23, 2024.
The event was attended by Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) from various provinces in Central Luzon, as well as personnel from state universities and colleges and extension service providers.
During the five-day activity, attendees actively engaged in a series of workshops, practical exercises, and hands-on sessions centered on project development and management.
Particularly, the participants actively contributed to a Training Needs Assessment conducted among farmers in Bataan, offering valuable insights into addressing agricultural challenges at the grassroots level.
Furthermore, the highlight of the program was the participants' presentation of project concepts, which was followed by constructive critiques from a panel of experts.
This interactive session encouraged collaboration and helped participants enhance their project ideas, ensuring their relevance and impact in tackling agricultural concerns in their communities.
The training concluded by the awarding of certificates to the participants in recognition of their commitment and successful completion of the program.
