The Agricultural Training Institute-Central Luzon (ATI-CL) has successfully concluded a five-day training program Training on Process Documentation on Rice-Based Technologies for FITS Staff Batch 3 held at ATI-RTC III Satellite Office, Singalat, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija from May 27-31, 2024.

The training aimed at enhancing process documentation skills among local Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs).

With a total of 31 participants from different municipalities across Bataan, Pampanga, and Zambales, focuses on empowering attendees with effective communication, efficient record management, and proficient video production techniques.

Additionally, to equip participants with the tools and knowledge needed to accurately document agricultural programs, projects, and activities within their communities.

Collaboration was encouraged, with participants urged to share their newfound skills with colleagues for collective improvement in process documentation.

Furthermore, throughout the training, participants showed dedication, completing tasks ranging from paperwork to script writing and video production, resulting in compelling success story documentation.

The training concluded with discussions on re-entry plan, designed to assess progress six months post-training. These plans underscore ATI-CL’s commitment to ongoing enhancement and ensuring that acquired skills translate into tangible improvements in agricultural documentation across the region.
