The Agricultural Training Institute- Central Luzon (ATI-CL) conducted a four-day Training on Process Documentation on Livestock-Based Technologies at R.O. The Agricultural Training Institute- Central Luzon (ATI-CL) conducted a four-day Training on Process Documentation on Livestock-Based Technologies at R.O. Valerio Dairy Farm in Bacolor, San Fernando, Pampanga, from October 22 to 25, 2024.

This training consisted of 26 participants from seven provinces of Central Luzon, including representatives from provincial veterinary offices, local government units, and farmers, which aims to enhance their skills in effective record management, effective communication, safekeeping of records, and video documentation.

Dr. Jesselyn Mortejo, Quality Assurance Director, and Mr. Brian John Q. Rodriguez, Quality Assurance Officer, from Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU), both experts shared their knowledge on best practices in documentation and communication for livestock-based technologies.

In addition, Mr. Kent Edward S. Ballesteros, Media Production Specialist II/Project Officer, discussed video production to the participants and encouraged them to document the accomplishments, processes, as well as new technologies of their respective offices.

The training involved discussions and fieldwork focused on photo documentation. The participants also engaged in group activities aimed at improving documentation practices in farm schools and local offices. The importance of effective communication for applying these practices in different agricultural settings was also emphasized.

Furthermore, as part of the training, the participants developed re-entry plans as their guide to impart their learnings from the said training.
