The Agricultural Training Institute-Central Luzon (ATI-CL) has successfully completed its 7th Surveillance Audit for ISO 9001:2015 certification, conducted by TΓV SΓD Philippines held at the ATI-RTC III, San Ramon, Dinalupihan, Bataan on November 5, 2024.
This accomplishment reflects the Centerβs ongoing commitment to quality management and continuous improvement. The evaluation focused on assessing the effectiveness of ATI-CLβs quality management system (QMS), ensuring that it meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which is internationally recognized for its emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Under the leadership of Dr. Joey A. Belarmino, Center Director, ATI-CL, the audit was carried out with the active participation of the centerβs internal auditors and staff.
The audit, led by Mr. Erwin Quinto of TΓV SΓD, was supported by key personnel from the Office of the Center Director, the Career Development and Management Section (CDMS), and the Administrative and Finance Unit (AFU).
The audit methodology included random sampling, interviews and open discussion, checking of documents and records, observation of actual implementation, trailing of interconnected operations, and note-taking.
As a result, the center received favorable feedback regarding its training programs and operational activities, with no nonconformities identified and only two (2) opportunities for improvement, which will be addressed to further enhance the center's quality management system.
Moreover, this achievement emphasized the ATI-Central Luzonβs ongoing dedication to excellence and quality standards.
