The Agricultural Training Institute – Central Luzon (ATI-CL) warmly welcomed the guest from its counterpart, ATI Western Visayas, for a Learning and Development activity held at the ATI-CL in San Ramon, Dinalupihan, Bataan, on December 11, 2024.

The activity began with Ms. Eula Dee A. Lañada, OIC-Chief of the Information Services Section, introducing the visitors and ATI-CL staff, followed by a welcoming address from Dr. Joey A. Belarmino, Center Director of ATI-CL.

Dir. Mary Ann A. Ramos, Center Director of ATI-RTC VI, delivered the opening remarks, expressing her sincere gratitude to the ATI Central Luzon team for their warm hospitality.

The activity presented an audio-visual presentation (AVP) that provided insights into Central Luzon’s socio-demographic landscape, regional status, and key tourist attractions.

Additionally, the presentations showcased the center’s best practices, programs, and accomplishments, offering valuable examples of effective initiatives.

Mr. John Vianney A. Ojerio, OIC Assistant Center Director/Project Officer of ATI-RTC VI, also addressed the gathering. He emphasized the purpose of the Learning and Development activity, which aims to visit leading ATI- Regional Centers across the country, gather innovative strategies, and explore ways to adapt these practices to enhance the effectiveness of their respective regions.

He further highlighted the importance of gaining practical insights into the operational efficiency of other centers.

Moreover, staff members from different sections of both centers engaged in collaborative discussions, sharing insights and strategies for managing their sections more effectively.

This exchange of knowledge is to nurture the implementation of best practices upon their return to their respective centers, with the ultimate goal of strengthening their operations and service delivery.
