Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Work Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide direction and guidelines for the Center’s information services;
2. Provide leadership in providing information support services to the training and extension services of the Center;
3. Provide leadership in the implementation of the e-Extension and Techno-Gabay Program of the Center;
4. Provide leadership in the conduct of the School-on-the-Air program of the Center;
5. Spearhead the development of corporate communication materials of the Center, e.g., newsletter, annual report, success stories, promotional materials, etc.
6. Develop capabilities on information services for both Center staff and the clientele;
7. Strengthen linkages with information agencies for collaborative work on information dissemination;
8. Assist in the conduct of training and extension activities including innovations; and
9. Perform other related duties required by the Directorate.
