Qualifications

Education:                          Bachelor’s Degree Relevant to the Job

Training:                             Four (4) hours of relevant training

Work Experience:              One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility:                            Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. General supervision of administrative and finance functions/tasks;
  2. Provides personnel services;
  3. Leads staff development activities;
  4. Supervises directly general services;
  5. Attends to institutional visitors; and
  6. Does other tasks as may be assigned by the directorate.
