Position: Technical Support Staff IV

Salary:  Php 20, 754.00

Place of Assignment: DA- ATI CALABARZON, Brgy. Lapidario, Trece Martires City, Cavite

 

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture and related courses  Preferably a graduate of Season-Long Training on Rice Production

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Under immediate supervision of PAS Chief: Serve as Co-project officer and assist in the conduct of training & extension activities under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) and various banner programs with tasks such as but not limited to:
    • Provide support in the development of training or activity designs and training proposals;
    • Facilitate invitation and confirmation of participants, resource persons, and guests;
    • Assist in the preparation and completion of administrative and finance documents such as purchase requests, requests for quotations, purchase orders, contracts, inspection and acceptance reports, motor vehicle requests, travel orders, and others;
    • Prepare training and activities forms, equipment, and supplies;
    • Administer and collect registration, evaluation, and other forms;
    • Moderate the activities (e.g. emcee, facilitator);
    • Assist in documentation (e.g. take photos and videos, transcribe impressions & proceedings);
    • Prepare end-of-training outputs for presentation (e.g. video synthesis, roster of graduates) and
    • Draft and facilitate sending of feedback letters to resource persons and others;

 

  1. Prepare Training Completion Reports and Narrative Reports for review and submission to Focal Persons within the deadline set;
  2. Contribute in planning, monitoring and evaluation of extension projects, programs and activities of banner programs (e.g. operational monitoring ofre-entry plans and other reports as scheduled;
  3. Conduct or assist in training needs assessment as scheduled;
  1. Serve as Resource Person and provide technical services as needed;
  1. Maintain database and assist in the preparation and submission of accreditation of PRC - Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs and reports of the Center within the deadline set;
  1. Assist in the development of modules (prepare lesson/topic of a certain module of the center);
  1. Encode information in the Training Management Information System (TMIS) for review and submission to the project officer of other banner programs within deadline set;
  1. Maintain and monitor completion of training and extension activities documents in the section in compliance with ISO 9001-2015 requirements as scheduled;
  1. Participate in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of training and other activities of PAS Section and the Center (e.g. attendance to monthly meetings/workshops & preparation of minutes and other reports required);
  1. Manage routing and filing of incoming and outgoing training and AF documents;

I. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Section Head and/or Assistant Center Director and Center Director.
