The DA-Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) CALABARZON conducted the awarding of incentives, as well as the knowledge sharing session, for the Youth Internship Program on Organic Agriculture (YIPOA) Batch 2 at the 4H Hub, Brgy. Lapidario, Trece Martires City, Cavite.
The activity was attended by 10 YIPOA Batch 2 graduates and five farm partners who completed the 21-month program that aims to empower youth to be the next generation of organic practitioners and agripreneurs:

More than just an awarding ceremony, the activity served as a meaningful platform for sharing experiences, lessons learned, and best practices in implementing their respective organic agriculture enterprises.
Ms. Janine L. Cailo, Information Officer III, also shared valuable insights on digital advocacy in agriculture, encouraging the graduates and farm partners to maximize digital platforms in promoting their organic initiatives.
Center Director Dr. Rolando V. Maningas led the awarding of incentive checks to the graduates and farm partners. In his message, he warmly congratulated the participants for their dedication, resilience, and continued commitment to sustaining their organic enterprises even after completing the internship program.
The activity underscored DA-ATI CALABARZON’s steadfast commitment to empowering the youth and strengthening partnerships with farm mentors in advancing sustainable and organic agriculture in the region.
