PILI, Camarines Sur- In pursuit of continuous improvement and excellence in public service, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center V (ATI-Bicol) conducted its 14th Management Review on May 7–8, 2025, at Isarog Hall, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. The review covered the Center’s accomplishments for the second semester of Fiscal Year 2024.
Attended by 25 personnel composed of the Management Committee, Process Owners, Point Persons, and Internal Quality Audit (IQA) members, the two-day activity served as a venue to revisit the Center’s performance targets, assess the effectiveness of its Quality Management System (QMS), and ensure alignment with ATI’s strategic direction.
Each section chief and unit head presented their respective accomplishments based on established quality objectives. The session also featured discussions on client feedback, including consolidated evaluation reports on the Center’s interventions, the effectiveness of resource persons, and the satisfaction levels of walk-in clients.
In addition to client feedback, the performance of both external and internal service providers was evaluated. External providers, including security personnel, equipment maintenance contractors, internet service providers, and other vendors, were assessed. Internal services—such as transportation, dormitory operations, IT, library, and grounds maintenance—were also evaluated.
The review further included an assessment of risk management initiatives and the effectiveness of actions taken to address identified risks. Opportunities for improvement (OFIs) were also discussed to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
